What The Client Needed: When EVRAZ North America wanted to unite 125 of its employees to understand the objectives for the following year, the company wasn’t just looking for the typical rah-rah sales rally. EVRAZ NA wanted a platform where attendees could hear from all the company’s divisions, and most importantly, the company wanted more than a fluffy motivational speaker. They wanted a speaker who could offer real, actionable takeaways.

What MYB Delivered: MYB secured Jeffrey Gitomer, a New York Times bestselling author and member of the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame. Gitomer delivered a compelling keynote address that elevated the event from a traditional sales meeting to an experience that helped every attendee understand how to advance their skill sets.
Outside the meeting environment, EVRAZ NA employees took advantage of intimate networking opportunities at a private event at the Museum of Science and Industry and a dinner on the Willis Tower Skydeck.
